Texas Leadership honors the life of Raymond Meza who was a lifelong resident of San Angelo, and was our Charter's first Board President. His diverse background experiences, along with being a successful business owner (Twin Mountain Fence), past Chairman of the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, and member of numerous boards, gave him a wealth of knowledge in what was needed to develop our young people into tomorrow's leaders. His life and legacy will live on. We miss him tremendously.
