Public comment is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker. Speakers must sign in at least 15 minutes before the meeting begins, or submit written comments to Kellye Hermes before the meeting. Comments about individual employees, board members, or students will not be heard in open session.
The Board may take items in an order different from the agenda. If any agenda item is discussed in closed session, the Board will convene in closed session as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551. All final votes will be taken in open session.

Notice is hereby given that the School Safety and Security Committee will meet on the date and at the time and place stated above. A quorum of the Board of Directors is expected to be present; therefore this meeting is also a special-called meeting of the Board.
The meeting will be held at 3522 W. Loop 306, San Angelo, Texas 76904, and is open to the public for the open-session portions of the agenda.
After convening in open session, the Committee/Board may convene in closed session as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, including Texas Government Code §§ 551.076 and 551.089 (security personnel, security devices, and security audits) and other applicable provisions of Chapter 551. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open session.
Members of the public may attend the open-session portions of the meeting. Public comment is not taken at Safety and Security Committee meetings except as required by law.
