Dress Code

Uniform Guidelines

At Texas Leadership Public Schools, our Board of Directors has implemented a mandatory dress code for all students. This policy supports a focused, respectful, and inclusive learning environment across all our campuses.

Why a Dress Code?

Our dress code is designed to:

  • Encourage students to express their individuality through academics and character—not appearance

  • Shift focus to learning rather than fashion

  • Minimize disciplinary issues and distractions

  • Reduce clothing costs for families

  • Eliminate socioeconomic visibility through clothing

  • Remove pressure to wear brand-name or inappropriate attire

  • Promote school pride and a sense of belonging

Uniform Requirements

Texas Leadership is a school of choice, and we believe uniforms support our culture of academic excellence and leadership.
