ATTENDANCE: We believe that consistent attendance is the foundation of student success. When a student is in class, they aren't just absorbing facts—they are practicing the 7 Habits, engaging in collaborative "Synergy" with their peers, and building the discipline necessary for future leadership.

Research shows that students who attend school regularly are more likely to read at grade level by 3rd grade and significantly more likely to graduate on time. Chronic absenteeism—missing just two days a month—can create academic gaps that are difficult to close. We aim for 100% engagement. If your family is facing obstacles that make regular attendance difficult, please reach out to our campus leadership. We are here to support you and ensure your child stays on the path to success.

ACADEMIC GROWTH: At Texas Leadership, "growth" is more than a buzzword—it is a measurable journey. We use data-driven tools to ensure your child is not just passing, but excelling.
